I took the girls to an Egg Hunt on the way to the airport to pick up Grandma. As you can see by the looks on Brookelynn's face the wait was torturous!!!
It was a little cold out, and Brookelynn was tired of waiting in lines!!! She could see all of the eggs, but we were still waiting in line to be let to the area where her age group was allowed to do their hunt...it was killing her!!!
You can see all the eggs on the lawn! There were TONS of eggs, but TONS of kids too!!
The hunt was at the Bee's baseball stadium, so the hunt wouldn't be complete without the Bee himself. Brookelynn wasn't a fan.
Crying because the eggs are literally right in front of her now but I won't let her pick them up yet because they haven't said "Go!" and all the other mom's were making their babies suffer too!!! I felt pretty bad for her.
The eggs she was just dying to grab!! The sidewalk we were standing on waiting patiently is literally just outside the bottom of the photo!! Soo sad!
She made out pretty good, but there was an awesome teenager who was also at the hunt who had a bucket FULL of eggs and on our way out he shared some with Brookelynn by just dumping some into her bucket! Soo sweet! It is nice to know that there really are some "good kids" out there still!!
